Putting himself through college by working at 24 Hr Fitness as a senior sales counselor, it was apparent that he really enjoyed educating my clients on the benefits of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Helping people grow made Ephraim happy and gave him a true sense of purpose. As he progressed through my own stages in life I discovered that homeownership was an important milestone to fulfilling the American dream so I decided to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. To learn the business, he started as an account executive at Countrywide Home Loans in 2002.
